Na verdade, não é erro. É purismo. No português falado no Brasil, ou seja, no brasileiro, é comum falarmos "há...atrás."
As a matter of fact, it is just purism. In spoken Brazilian, we use this structure a lot.

There is a mistake in the phrase "Ela se formou em Português há três anos atrás", the word "atrás" is redundant. It was said correctly tough, without the word.
