Hello. This is a video of me (Ize The Silent) doing Minister Cho's Estate in HM, Solo with my Assassin. It's a seven minute run and I get an average of 1K per run.
Build -
1 - Golden Phoenix Strike
2 - Critical Strike
3 - Moebius Strike
4 - Twisting Fangs
5 - Critical Defenses
6 - Critical Agility
7 - Way Of Perfection
8 - Necrotic Transversal

You need at least thirty energy and a +2 (Major) Rune of Critical Strikes. If you can't quite make the run, or you keep dying take some points out of Dagger Mastery and throw them in Shadow Arts.
I only farm up to the first boss. After that the animals only rarely drop Warrior Tomes and the other enemies past that point don't make the drops good enough for the time.
