They sell software not hardware. Hardware would be computers.

I have had a 5 year old mac osx 3.9 and had no problems on it compared to the Dell FX series i am running vista on. mac really does come out more successful in reliability, i have not had one problem with the mac compared to about 2-3 problems with my PC. The true problem lies with Vista itself however. hopefully windows 7 will prove more reliable.
