I own this set too. What I mostly like about it, is the shape. It's not exactly minifigscale, but has the right dimensions. Something the Venator set lacks for example.

On this kind of sets i always hated the crappy small engine design for the escapepods. The newer 7964 Republic Frigate design is much better!!

that looks extremely nice for Legos...I wonder why they didn't attempt to make this ship for the regular Star Wars action figures?! They should have. It would have sold too! :(

@Kiwomens are the printed cockpit pieces (the top ones, with the windscreen holes in them) white? because in some photos they look grey, which doesn't look so great. Also, is it true that the windscreen holes (the clear bits) are on both the front and the back of the cockpit, ie. two clear bits on each piece? please reply ASAP because it has been offered to me cheap for a limited time and whether i buy it depends on this!

@MEKKANNOID Hey there. There are NO stickers in this set. The two big cones in the cockpit are printed pieces, yes, but they are not the same "white" as the rest of the ship (they are slighty darker / grayer, but not much). The two big cones in the cockpit do have windscreen holes printed on the front side and back side, yes... This is an excellent set anyway, get it if you can, specially if you can get it cheaper than usual. Thanks for watching.

I am waiting for this set just as we speak...damn that USPS, and their tracking system!!
Does someone know if the pieces are sorted into numbered bags or not?
I know that some of the bigger sets do have unsorted bricks!
