What do people remember of 1947, the year India became independent?

In this video clip Mohanlal Sharma and Suresh Sharma look back to 1947 and recollect their memories. They also share their views about modern day UP, which is where both of them went for their graduate studies. Way back in the 1940s the two young students studied at Beneras University considered as one of the best places to study then.
