@Chief1626 Suzuki then came out with Vitera, these had airbags and ABS brakes but were pretty much the same as the older sidekick. same deal with these GM was buying and selling these but this time JUST as Chevy Trackers. They are all solid rigs, but for off roading I would buy the sidekick/vitera. I have a 2000 Chevy tracker and it is awesome, tough, go anywheres and it doesn't take a bulldozer to get it out of mud holes like the full size trucks. They all good on fuel. anymore questions pm!
@Chief1626 The sidekick had a bigger motor, independent rear suspension, and was nicer. Suzuki then started selling these to GM, and they were selling them as Chevy Trackers/Geo Trackers/Pontiac Sunrunners etc. These were also tough, pretty much go anywhere vehicles because of there short wheel base, and they were lightweight like the samurai. But were better on pavement, and had a smoother ride. Suzuki stopped the sidekick in 99.
@PhillieBRidin the samurai was the first small 4x4 Suzuki made, there tough, slow, and they have a solid rear end/straight axle which means it rides a lot rougher then a independent suspension set up like the trackers/sidekicks. They are the best for off roading, but like I said, rough and slow. Then around 89, Suzuki stopped making the samurai because of rumors about a roll over hazard (they were not true, but recked the samurai name.) Suzuki then released the Sidekick.
who are geo trackers made by??? and what's better for offroad, geo tracker, suzuki sidekick , suzuki vitara, suzuki samauri? or are they practically the same?
@hestiapaxton your comparing a $100 000 dollar vehicle UNModded to a $17 000 brand new with high quality mods which makes it about 30 000 dollars so basically 1/3 of the price......and can do the same if not more.......with half the power
is there any actual difference other than the logo? cause I got a geo but I always replace parts with chev and I think all the suzuki parts would be the same right?
song??
