this was our robot 'black pearl' which was placed 2nd in a national level line follower competition. it took 118s in the actual run as you can see but only 55s in the exhibition(we could beat the winning team by 30s). total track length was 25m so the max speed it could achive was 40 cm/s.

  • its not that of great robot, india ka naam mitti may mila rahe ho

  • @Karandex: Don't comment on something that you don't know and if you really know things do explain your thoughts so otherwise just shut up.

This is an amateur robotics competition in which the robot preformed excellently ( this is just one of the videos of the bot ) and it has performed even better in many other competitions, so you better talk with facts and think before you comment.... engrave this in your mind "you are entitled to your opinions not facts"

  • my bot go on 40 cm per second,as good as you and it was my first autonomous bot EVER. build in 1 week. So i know what i am talking about.

  • @karandex : Initially I had thought that I might be wasting my time replying to your comment, but now I am sure.

karandex, I am very open to criticism and it was 'valuable criticism' from peers that led me; with my team to most of our goals. The problem with you is:

    1. You think building an autonomous robot in a week's period and achieving a speed of 40cm/s is something great. I know people who built a micromouse from scratch in a months period and still don't think the way you do.

  • 2. Knowing what you are talking about is totally different from building a line follower. There are millions of sites on net that give instructions on building a line follower from scratch and if you follow them you get the output.

    3. Assuming that you really know what you are talking you should have talked about 'at least one reason' to support your claim.

  • I know that my line follower is NOT the greatest nor do I claim that, but I can tell you one thing for sure it is a efficient hardware working with a highly efficient code and this is not me talking but a comment from many successful robotics enthusiasts.

  • I think that all the shouting is really a display of the intense level of competition which is sooo good - keep on clapping for the winners and cheer on the others.

  • To much screaming!! 4/5

  • Hey, thanks for sharing! We are about to design our own for a university course.

  • LOL 1:11

    Not quite right

  • virgins meeting

  • @karandex your a dick....go chest beat elsewhere....

  • That's a nice robot. I thought it was funny when at the cross it took a right two times in a row. Makes me want to try a build one, but I've only started electronics. And I don't have enough of the right sensors for my Mindstorms kit to build something like this.

  • TROLLED HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
