I will be walking out in honor of my Dad who currently has had Kidney Disease for 5yrs. While he is alive he walks in fear! I want him to know that he is not alone! So I will be trying to create a team this year!!!! This should be fun!!!!

I've walked Yesterday @ NJ Trenton Thunder Stadium with the Princeton Pirates! I've been on dialysis since june 2007 I have end stage renal disease i'm 27 now still waiting for a kidney transplant I had to stop working it was to much working then going to dialysis also my job didn't fully understand my disease but on the plus side I get to watch my two kids and enjoy time with them.

I was an donor two years ago. Mine was "open" so recovery was a tiny bit longer than described in the video. But, no, none, zip regrets!! and no restrictions on my live after!! I hiked 500 miles the next summer! I'd do it again in a heartbeat! Think about it folks. If your healthy enough, why not share the joy and gift of health.

Team Luv-A-Kidnee joined two years ago. I am a kidney recipitant myself and my uncle started the team for me. I have taken over and hope for the best of my years. I love the video!
