In this video you can see the process of creating a UV LEDs exposure box, which you can use to make your own printed circuit boards (PCBs).
The full process and more info in electronics, robotics and DIY projects in general in my blog: vlxs.wordpress.com

  • garbage music

  • @cnegrea Very helpful comment...

  • may I know how long the exposure time is? i am going to make a similar box and want to take reference, thanks!

  • @newtonlkh It depends on a lot of things: Leds power, distance to the board, type of board... So it's better to get the timing by trial and error: Cut a piece of PCB into small squares of 1x2cm and put them over a board layout. Wait for 3 or 4 minutes and then take one of them out of the lightbox each 30 seconds.

Process them and compare the results
