TV Nation - Bringing Peace to the Michigan Militia

A segment from Michael Moore's TV Nation (1994). The Michigan Militia were at the forefront of the news after Oklahoma City bomber Tim McVeigh was tied to the group in 1993. TV Nation spends a day with the Michigan Militia trying to get them to put down their guns and participate in the democratic process. But also bake cakes, share a soda, and go to the carnival.

Moore is doing his usual spin doctoring. As far back as the 1980s, these guys knew things about the government and the system that we live under that most Americans are only just beginning to understand. It's amazing how negligent and apathetic we've been in our duties as citizens to preserve the freedoms that our forefathers guaranteed to us in the Constitution, as well as keeping the ambitions of power-hungry tyrants at bay. Now we're beginning to pay the price for our decades of indifference.

While Moore was in High School at Davison High in Davison MI he was a member of the KKK. Many people went to school with this money sucking dweeb and know the real connections to this leech. If you look at enough of the unedited videos of the OKC bombing in the first day you will see many trucks around the sight that have MILITIA on the side and back of the trucks that were there as responders.
