  • lolz jockin

  • yes your right tman229 I'm learning karate and they said that as well inner thighs close together

  • Sanchin stance is suppose to have the two inner thighs close together to defend against an upwards strike to the groin. However, I didn't know Kyokushin uses it.

  • Your foododachi is terrible

  • @KugFuJoe5476 Kyokushin, I believe, means something like one hit victory or something.

  • Tony Carpraro looks like a tank :p

im starting kyokushin in september !!!!!

  • i really like dhis video of urs. becaures it is all about, 'Self Defense'! which is a kind't of sport in mma where all fighter if u are one or don't BUT!! that's is ok, anyway it's is for getting more balance when u doing this stance.. to tell the true it great for your body to be balance with all the energy insides of you... so true yo, also WHAT 'S IS KYOKUSHIN KARATE REALLY MEAN!!!? :P so i'm going to give it a 4-POINTS!!!! :)

  • seriously what is this for?

you don't use this whilst fighting, do you??

  • umm it is for getting more balance when getting kicked or pushed u still got the balance in that stance

  • Why's that the feet are inverted?

    Seems quite unphysiological to mee...

Get a kick from the front or the outside against the knee and there's no room for cushioning.
