TEDxLoodusele - Kristina Mänd - Talgute lummas

Kristina Mänd has been in NGO sector from 1990's working in Estonian and international organisations (e.g. CIVICUS). The talk is focusing on her addiction to volunteer work, especially when it comes to nature conservation. We see how dependence forms, how person starts to donate time and skills for such a work and what experience, knowledge and emotions we get in return. Because our role is not just to watch but also to act -- and it is our will and great possibility. Take it personally!
