Look at the Baker report.
Iraq's oil was specifically targeted 6 months before 9/11.Besides the other oil giants Enron officials were amongst the main advisors of that report. Yes the same Enron of the scandal, and Bush's main election campaign contributor.

In March 2003, just days before the bombs started falling on Baghdad, senior company managers from Shell met with officials at 10 Downing Street, to insist that there should be a level playing field for oil companies so that everybody has got a fair opportunity. In other words, Iraqs oil should benefit not just US companies, but European companies
too. "Coincidently" Shell is making record profits in Europe now. Google it.

Exactly 30 years ago in June in Rotterdam Holland i was on a (punk)music festival called "To Hell With SHELL"
