Card Check , The Employee Free Choice Act, is Unethical and Takes Away Freedoms

The EFCA aims to remove the private ballot system when voting for unions. Many emloyees do not want unions because they know that companies won't be able to continue functioning as they are now if they become unionized. They know that many people will lose their jobs if WalMart, McDonald's and other large companies unionize. If companies want unions they should have them, but in a private vote with no coercion.

The so-called Free Choice act has no free choice! Employees and Companies will be strong armed into joining unions and unionizing businesses. Have you watched the expose they did on the company where they implemented this act. The employees were even threatened into joining the union. They signed and then sued to get their non-union atatus back. There was a time and a place for unions - that time and place are not in the USA and not now!

What you don't seem to understand is that your fundamentals have been getting stripped for years now. You should take an hour out of your day and watch the documentary "The End of America." You've made comparisons in previous videos between Obama and Hitler (...), so maybe you would be interested in seeing some legitimate comparisons between the previous administration and those rights-stomping governments from the past. Mass arrests and deleted basic liberties are a sad state of affairs.

I happen to have been in the 'working world' and first hand experience with unions. I couldn't afford the 2000 to join the actors union so I lost jobs to kids who could afford the 2 grand and the yearly dues (whether you work or not) and the cut they get of every job. Sure, those jobs pay more, but there are fewer jobs. They moved alot of the industry to Canada, etc. Disney and Nick do a lot of their shows in Canada (no SAG rules) Mattel, Chuck E Cheese, Pizza Hut, etc. etc. are all non-union.

I think this site has done a great job bringing ou the truth, nice job!!! lol i was reading about the "employee free choice act" last night , its funny how their calling it the "employee free choice act", as apposed to what?? lol I thought employees already had the freedom to make choices. it seems to me that the Dems are just sitting around all day TRYING to think of bad ideas.
