That's not true, you absolutely can do them. I was doing them in beginner and I did just fine. The thing is, doing extensions badly will hurt you, where as doing just regular doubles or singles won't... So you should only do them if you're ready.
In any case, this young lady wasn't even doing extensions.
She was doing a leap and some very nice, clean doubles.

u shouldnt do extensions in beginners coz i said to ma highland teacher can i do extensions in beginner and she said no u cant
