There are eight functional fitness exercises that you can do back-to-back.
Continuously conduct each exercise for 30 seconds before transitioning (without stopping) to the next exercise.
Are you up for this challenge? If so, see how many of each exercise (Jumping Jacks, Body Builders, Mountain Climbers, Push-Ups, Squats, Lunges, Laying Leg Lifts and Alternating Bicycle Kicks) you can do in 4-minutes and post your results below.
For a normal workout, conduct two or three sets of the Basic 8. Between each set, take a 2 minute rest. Enjoy!
