The saddest part of her story, from what I gather,is that all she wanted was to feel love,from her mom,from her pseudo girlfriend,ffrom anyone and in the end-with the onset of AIDS she died more alone than ever before.The drugs (Heroin)eased her pain but also took her life.Cant help but shed a tear for this "lost" child of GOD.

drugs....any of us...like me..and many others..who have struggled with addiction...you go thru it...the shit, the lowness, the utterly spent feeling of worthlessness....and then you come out the other side, bruised, scarred but you come out, OR YOU DON"T. RIP GIA. and to all the others who didn't make it out.

Truly a beautiful woman. Have no idea what she was like personally, but it would be interesting to know if she didn't get HIV, would she have eventually quit like the rest of the survivors? Lots of models from her days managed to survive the scene like Patti Hanson.

Dam, ever since I knew about gia ( like 3 yrs. ago), I can't stop thinking about her everyday at least once. Am pretty sure she has affected many people in the world with her life story. Just love her!
