  • Hmmm.... adults and children inside there TOGETHER? NOT cool.

  • Was it the Play Place or the baby that didn't have proper supervision? This is a sad story but the parent is the only one at fault.

  • In this case I think there was too much adult supervision :D

  • she dose not look that sad for lousing a kid

  • @YoZoe3 your a jack ass

  • i was thayr when that happened

  • In a situation like this I believe the Mother is just as responsible as she is trying to make the company. First ? Did she not sign the waiver? Second ?, Did she monitor her son while he played. Third ?, where was she while he played in a bouncy room with adults strangers? Forth ? if she knew there wasn't enough supervision, why let your child play there. Take him somewhere else. If you take your child to the park do you let him run with adults playing football in the park? Seriously? IJS!

  • @teejay2293 You have to be observant of things going on around you when your child is involved. The parent should have checked inside to see what was happening before she allowed her kids to enter. You can't let your kid run into traffic and then blame the driver of the car when she gets hit.

  • @southsidetokyo well im 18 years old so i can't picture myself having a toddler, but the proper safety precautions have to be put in place by the establishment. As in no adults on the playground, one at a time type of thing. You cant run a playground like that, only allow for one age group at a time. If it was that overly dangerous you would have heard of many more deaths or incidents at these types of places.

  • @teejay2293 So you're saying if you went to a jump house and saw adults inside jumping you would still let your toddler get inside and jump? Would you let your toddler get inside and jump with 12 year olds?

  • @lokimagic well i dont know about where ur from but where im from its a requirement of the place where its at. They hire out people specifically to supervise the children, and people over the age 0f 12 arent even allowed into the playground. So the way i see it, its the play places fault. Its their responsibility by law to provide supervision for children, just like pools and beaches.

Translation: The "grieving" mother wants money so she can build a nice mansion out of her son's blood.
