There is a very recent post on NAGTROG about a man using a tune by HPlogic to get himself into the 10's. He got a 10.9 with a rather weak launch if I remember correctly.

I can't say I know the Samurai racing guys personally - but a 10.47 does not require nitrous. There are guys (Sleepdoc) who have run 10.1's with stock turbos. In fact - from most of the aftermarket shops; Switzer, AMS, SPE etc. they do not use nitrous at all and have run as low as 9.1's @163 MPH.
