  • thank you. I agree, could go a little less in volume,but that is pt dependent. As to the "reckless" comment....I respectfully disagree. Nothing reckless in depositing LA where it is needed. Reckless is doing it blindly...that's why you use an ultrasound.

  • great video. nice demo.

  • 30 ml of ropivacaina 0,5% too much local anaesthetic. I use max 15 ml of chirocaine 0,5% observe the spread arround all the roots
