Me doing the second event in the crossfit games:

5 rounds for time of:
275 pound Deadlifts, 5 reps (185 pounds for women)
10 Burpees (with clap overhead while airborne)

  • Oh dang, thanks 120Cam.  I'm hitting my lower-chest/belly but didn't even notice. My wife was my form checker and she didn't notice it eather. Gunna work on that.

  • I did this one yesterday. I got 5:35. Great work!!! Keep it up. Something that can help speed up your time is to squat down and kick your legs out for the burpees. This speeds up cycle time between the reps as opposed to bending down one leg at a time. If you did that, your time would be even more impressive.
