I was going to go to uni after College but by the end of the year I was far too ill (depression) 18 months later I'm mentally and emotionally healthy. I still have no clue what I want to do with my life and I'm OK with that.

I would have never thought of you as an undertaker. You will be affluent if not a wee bit creepy and smelling of embalming fluid.
My your "clients" with advanced decomposition be minimal, that's all I'll say there.
On a serious note, you should be working as an mortuary intern (paid or unpaid) during your summers off. This will put you above your peers in getting a full-time gig after graduation.
