  • After finishing TFiOS, I just knew I had to come back and watch this video. How happy I am that I did, words just cannot describe. John, thank you so much for writing a book that truly changed my thought processes. I am grateful for everyday that I get to be inspired by your wisdom and insight.

  • This video means so much more to me after reading TFiOS.

  • Not falling asleep on a horribly long flight to Germany? I know that feel, bro. Except then I wasn't allowed to go to sleep until like 11 Berlin time because our staff took forever to outline the rules.

  • John, since you're declaring your love for Amsterdam in this video and claiming it's your favorite place in the world, I'm sure you know that the lovely ladies standing in their windows will actually kill you if they catch you taking video or photo of them. Seriously. Them bitches be crazy (and awesome.)

  • john, you're the most articulate person on the planet.

  • Did anyone else pause it at 0:16 and read the page?

  • I wish my mind worked quite like yours does.

  • So that's why they took sleeping pills on the plane in TFiOS.

  • thats so cool!

  • I love the way you talk. And I don't mean your voice, I mean just the way you put words together and the way you describe things is enrapturing and so original and I cannot get over it. I wish I had the mental/creative capacity to do that with my words. I want to be an author sometime in the vague future and I can only hope that I can grow my ability to arrange words to even a semblance of the level that you do it on. Thank you for inspiring me. :)
