This is a fragment of frame 13 of Pukka-Pies UK Championship 2009 semifinal between Ronnie OSullivan and John Higgins, where a foul magically let Ronnie escape a miss sequence. Was Jan Verhaas right not to call a miss?

@beyondcool I'm pretty sure as Ronnie went down to take the shot, he touched a ball and owned up to the fowl. That then left John in an awkward position of having to take a shot from an awkward position, which he wouldn't have had to do had Ronnie not fouled. In effect, the foul Ronnie committed worked in Ronnie's favour...
