I have never heard anybody say Scotland cannot be independent, however that's hardly relevant to the question of whether or not it should.
This was, as every political commentator pointed out, no victory for Scottish nationalism - indeed, the last poll taken on that showed it at its lowest level of popularity since devolution began, with only 19% wanting to make Scotland independent.

Anyone who says a nation of 5 million cannot be Independent will not convince me.Go on Scotland vote for SNP vote for Independece you CAN do it.
