This sequel to the 1975 original film about the real life story of skiier Jill Kinmont who was paralyzed in a skiing accident, is an ultra rare film that has yet to be relased on DVD. Marilyn Hassett continues in her role as Jill and Timothy Bottoms appears as her love interest. The film's best moments (a walk through California's Borchert Gardens, a teary finale, and the final wedding scene), all appear in this tribute to the filmThe theme song "It's Time To Say I Love You" performed by Merrily Webber, is one of the best film songs to not be recognized for an award nomination. The real Jill Kinmont (On whose life this film is based) passed away 2/9/2012, may she rest in peace.

  • Dear Momont,

When you have a moment can you please re-post this video, because the sound is not working properly, and I can't hear it..

If you want to be extra nice, post the whole movie, not hard to do, just load-up fifteen minutes at a time.

    .

Many people who wish to see this movie are currently at locations outside the United States, the movie is free to watch on Hula, but not, yet, out of USA.

When you do post the whole movie, please let me know.

    Cheers.

    from,

    del-boy.

  • UNS DOS MAIS BELOS FILMES QUE JÁ ASSISTIR ...MUITO LINDO

  • I lived in Bishop from 12-15-1980 through July 1983. I Jill Kinmont Boothe in town in her wheelchair from time to time. I read the book and saw both movies. With the loss so many of my own family members I know some of what she has gone through. I worked for Continental Telephone. Now homeless since June 2009 the memories torture me please let me die in my sleep.

  • This movie has meant the world to me. I seen this movie and fell in love with beau bridges first and love second. It would be great if you could show this movie on a channel on the television for all to see again and advertise it alot before so. I think about this movie and how it helped me fall in love with love.

  • @atsyao1 actually most of the film was filmed in the Eastern Sierras around Bishop California, yes parts were in Canada when John and Jill went on vacation to B.C. the ending credits thank the Inyo National Forrest which is around Bishop for allowing them to film on park land.

  • @momentbymoment78 It's on Netflix. :)

  • A lot of it was filmed in Bishop, California as well. I should know because I used to live there. Great movie!!!!

  • Just a comment, the movie was filmed in Canada, the Buchert Gardens is located in Victoria, BC and NOT in California. The whole movie is still available in VHS ans some zone 9 DVDs. I still keep the 2 VHS tapes and if we give allowances for this lower tech movie to the high tech movie "Soul Surfer", we can still be touched by the inspirational value of this set of 1970 movie.
