[2] import that one second clip and time stretch it to 10% speed
[3] add an oval shape layer above with a multiply transfer so you have only black near the edges with the center undamaged
[4] render this clip uncompressed and re-import that
[5] now the fun begins
[6] apply a very high gaussian blur- the exact value here directly determines how complex your final rorschach frames will be
[7] apply a contrast filter with the contrast near or at 100%
[8] repeat steps 6 and 7 for the purpose of somewhat eliminating anomalous jaggy errors of the time stretch interpolation
