I did this video a few years ago emphasizing the trust represented by the police badge and what happens when that trust has been violated. I use it to emphasize the importance of being under authority in the Police Dynamics training. @southcop I have no problem with the badge trading market..I have a solution where law enforcement can track who is genuinely just collecting badges (as I do) and who is misusing them. Create a badge collector data base where legitimate collectors can register their badges and the usage will be tracked that way you're preserving their right to collect badges but also ensuring they don't fall into the wrong hands. I keep my collection locked in a glass display case and don't use them.

Congrats, I'd ad up that the badge should not be traded on the badge trading market though.
