That's the problem with having a relationship with people on the set: after things go south with them, you still have to deal with them in a working environment (see that exchange around 4:15). She was professional, though, and took the compliment from the director. She probably was a stunt person who had a failed thing with the lead actor, Notice that all the men (with the exception of the final) left through doors. Chicane are amazing.
That was my first thought too, but now I think she is a stunt lady/actress, thinking about her ex when doing her "work" - she sees her ex's face in the other actors when performing the scene so she is almost performing some kind of vicarious revenge on him by proxy - so she may not be as crazy as she first seems. That might explain this conduct...what do you think?!
lol i think your giving her character the to much credit however i dont think the story is that complex Had there been a scene where there were cameras and camera jib booms then could see your point
Hi - Look at 4.05 at the very end of the video- a guy in the film crew shouts "cut, cut !" when they fall on the inflated mattress and the film crew all congratulate her on her performance. Have another look - you may then change your mind about this lady...!
This video was hard to understand initially, with the different male characters, but I think this lady must be some sort of stunt driver/actress+ she is thinking about her ex + picturing his face in the other actors when she is doing her "work" in attempting to mow people down+cause other life threatening injury (!) for that particular scene, so she is not as crazy as she first seems.A very clever video + love the visually compelling way both the car + the people "dance" to the music. Excellent.
That was my first thought too (!) however, at second glance she looks like she is doing a skilled enough job at the driving - see that handbrake control, straight line speed reversing and manoeurving around those pillars - that takes skill man! Some of the swinging rear end control to the vehicle is poetry in motion and very well choreographed with the music, you will have to admit!
