  • I think that her performance, especially the cadenza, is not played with enough sensitivity and passion. Let's consider the cadenza. She plays it like a march. How it should be is a part of the unconscious mind. It should take her and the audience into the heavens. This I cannot find in her playing, which is why I personally find this performance relatively weak. What she should do is listen to Rubinstein's excellent recording. Here is one tip: pretend to be Beethoven when you are playing him.
