By the way don't use Ferric Chloride as etchant! They are really hard to dispose of (dumping them in the toilet will be bad for the environment) so use Cupric Chloride. They are easy to make using household items + they are reusable!

Way too many steps and costly parts. Print your circuit on a magazine page, a glossy but thin cheap magazine page - not the heavy costly glossy stock, just run of the mill gloss. Iron that image onto CHEAP copper clad board. Soak it in Muriatic Acid for 5 mins. Rinse. Clean with Acetone. Done.
