Summary:

The Original was released on 1986 for the Famicom system as the original Mario brothers 2 in Japan. When Nintendo thought this game would be too difficult for the players they excluded this game and gave us another game for Super Mario Brothers 2.

With nowhere to go Nintendo just renamed this game "Super Mario Brothers: The lost levels" from the Japanese version "Super Mario Brothers 2: For Super Players".

It was remade with enhanced graphics in 1993 and was included in the Super Mario All Stars collection for the SNES.

World Progress: 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4.

if you think marios sliding is bad play as luigi. luigi jumps higher but slides on the ground more then mario.
