  • "squat thrusts" are the hardest things to do! do they get easier the more you do them?

  • @dancelady16 they do! everything gets easier with practice... and then you have to make it harder!

  • @juhi882 A typical High Intensity Interval Training routine will involve some bursts of "all-out" training followed by periods of lower intensity that allow for active recovery. The advantages are that you burn more calories in a shorter period of time. You also receive a benefit from EPOC (exercise post oxygen consumption) with research showing that you may elevate your metabolism for up to 24 hours after an HIIT workout. This is definitely a benefit for those looking to trim fat.

  • @genghisgirl Thanks I have 3 kids my last baby c-section been working out I run 3 miles a day 5 days a wk and some interval training but my stomach is not as flat as I would want as far as clean eating not sure?

  • @genghisgirl Serious question - does this burn fat around the hips, or just build but and thigh muscles? I wouldn't want built thighs lol. That would be horrible. Anyway I've just always wondered about squats and stuff.

  • hey, i just want to know are your breast real because they look great. how do you keep it supported during exercise? does muscles tone your breast more?
