the lights look kool, rockstar games should make the lights look like that on the newer gta if they make another one like gta 4, make another version of san andreas but more detailed and better graphics

yes thats me. not heard of anyone getting kicked for using this - the latest version doesnt give any player advantage. make sure you have verison 8.5.1 (see ELM v8 video for link)
