I went and deleted my facebook account in protest.
Now I have to recreate my account and just when I was starting to be so popular (673 "best" friends and counting). Now I have no idea what my friends are doing at this very moment - are they listening to music, picking their toenails, thinking about eating fish or chicken tonight? I found out a friend of mine is in the middle of a divorce (you know - cause he changed his status from married to single). I'm concerned. How is he doing? I haven't read an update from him in 48 hours. What do I do? This is crazy.
I feel so left out and in the dark. I can't send my friends "drinks" or smily faces and ... oh MY GAWD! I just thought about it - will my virtual potted plants still be alive? How frustrating facebook.

Facebook is one of the biggest threats to privacy that exists. To me the worst practice they have is of allowing people to post photos of other people. End quote.
