  • there are so many things you are doing technically and mechanically wrong I can't begin to describe them.

  • @niseikenpo

Really, well maybe you d like to enlighten me to them....

  • @senseijd7161 I would be wasting my time who ever taught you should know that with proper mechanics what you are doing can be made 100% more effective .

  • @niseikenpo

And your experience w/ Kosho Ryu would be?

  • Thank you Sensei Driscoll... A great and informative video!!

  • @JohnCampbell19

it's you who needs to study your own arts history.I took a seminar with JUCHNIK years ago and walked out half way thru.Since then what he is doing has changed at least twice as he steals more SILAT technique and ideas every year. He's the HUBBARD of martial arts and just as much a huckster.

  • @niseikenpo actually if you had bothered to look up a little history you would know that american kenpo is a result of ed parker going his own way with the kenpo techniques taught to him by william chow who originally studied kosho ryu with james mitose then he took that kenpo and made his own took ed parker as a student who made his own style so kosho could not have borrowed from american kenpo as it didnt exist when kosho came to hawaii

  • @nisiekenpo; Really??? Wasting your time? If you are such an expert on the subject then why don't you post some videos showing us the "proper" mechanics. Another thing you state that Kosho has borrowed techniques... well they maybe true but you are one to talk about borrowed techniques with the American Kenpo which is truely an art that has borrowed all of its techniques as well as a few of those others.

  • @senseijd7161 I currently am teaching 4 kosho ryu dan ranks the proper mechanics of the "borrowed" technique from other styles incorporated into kosho .Their technique has improved like I said 100%.I don't require them to drop kosho ryu just that if you are going to use borrowed technique get the mechanics of the parent art correct. My experience ?SILAT AMERICAN KENPO OKINAWAN KEMPO AIKI JUTSU all arts from which kosho has borrowed.

  • Hi Jeff, Rich Moore from New York here.. hope all is well. Bravo my friend, great to see the videos on YouTube! Absolutely outstanding!!!
