Like Jackgrocks said, use 1280x920 for full screen or depending on your editing software before exporting the video change the resolution to 16:9 and that will give you full screen. I know you don't want comments about the lagging but you can used FSrecorder to record your flight and then play it back to record it as a video, it uses less resources from your computer and give you less lagging. Using the actual FSX playback demands more from your computer than when using FsRecorder. Keep it up!!!
nice vid. just fix the resolution. I believe youtube is 1280x920 for full screen. And btw, why don't you turn down the settings? I would much rather see an excellent video with no lag, then a video with higher settings (not much of a difference for the youtube viewer) and a lot of lag.
