  • @itsareligionofpeace only medievalists care about race. the rest of us only see individuals.

  • I supported some Libertarian positions,. Yeah, Chicago is over taxed, over regulated (for regular, positive citizens) but LIbertarians lose me when they deny reality - the reality of different racial, ethnic, religious, class groups.

Just as there is no problem with Amish gang bangers, or the Swedish Mafia - only someone denying reality accepts Libertarian dogma that race doesn't matter - that America can accept the populations of Haiti and Pakistan and not change for the worse.

  • Yeah I live in Milwaukee same demographic. The government is responsible since it is making all of our lives more difficult and devaluing our money (our paychecks). Being from Chicago you should understand all about political corruption and cronnie capitalism since this is also an area your city leads in. America is made up of all immigrants. The Native Americans are the only people who occupied this country before the English came idiot.

  • Residentzombie is mouthing Libertarian slogans:

"if you understand economics you would understand the government is responsible for our woes".

I live in Chicago - we led the nation last year with over 650 murders. The government wasn't responsible for all this woe - it was groups like the Latin Kings, Black Gangster Disciples. How about 9-11-01? Al Qaeda hi-jacking airplanes, crashing them in to the WTC? Idiot libertarians don't believe in restricting immigration! What fools.

  • Yes if you understand economics you would understand the government is responsible for our woes. Question is is there really anyone to protect our freedoms and civil liberties from an ever growing tyrannical government? Maybe not, but Ron Paul is this country's best shot before a second revolution.

  • I have an MBA from a "top 10" graduate business school, I have more economics - "Keynesian, Austrian, Chicago School" that i will ever need or use - and is there really any use for this?

World history, current events are not about economic theories. Maybe you folks can all go to Haiti and try to "save" the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere with your economic theories. Maybe the Haitians will listen to you before they eat you.

  • I suggest you look into the difference of macro policy between Keynesian and Austrian economics. The mainstream media is unfair and biased, every single network. I suppose you would have thought George Orwell was a misfit too. Free thinkers are way more intelligent than you give them credit for.

  • Maybe it is because the Libertarian party has never won 2% in any election anywhere.

Should the mainstream media recognize a flat earth society party as a viable "third party"?

Libertarians are societal misfits - they are their own best friends. Don't ever invite a Libertarian to a social party as they will insist on going on and on and on with their nonsense.

  • This Libertarian cult is suicide for Western people.

The cult preaches go it alone individualism. The cult violently rejects the live or die necessity of Western people joining groups and working for the common defense of our people from other groups of Non Western people - 1 billion plus Muslims, Black African and Black African American people, Mexicans who do work, fight and kill for the interest of their groups.

  • Ron Paul, Peter Schiff, and Rand Paul got it correct by infiltrating the Republican party.
