Let's Play - Shinobi Legions - Blind Run - 02 - A most peculiar encounter

Up we go. Two brief moments of stupidity aside, the game isn't that hard yet. This soon changes.
A 80's inspired level it would seem.

Playthrough Description: Read before commenting:
This is the first time I've played (or even heard of) this game, and whilst I'm fairly good at Revenge of Shinobi and Shinobi 3, that is purely down to having owned the games for a few years (the former since childhood). Getting good at these games requires memorization. This game plays like Shinobi 3, only the controls aren't quite as good, other things such as the running slash no longer making you invincible, and the game relying primarily on Sho's sword changing the gameplay significantly. This is also one of the few Shinobi games where the throwing daggers are extremely limited in supply.

I'm playing the game via the emulator Yabause - an emulator that runs several games fairly well (including this), but doesn't have the best of reliability records - it crashes ALOT.
I would be playing Shinobi X - the European release with a more Revenge of Shinobi style soundtrack, but alas, the emulator doesn't play the music properly. So US version it is. The Dialogue is in Japanese in all versions of the game, and I'm actually thankful of that. The cutscenes are rather bad to begin with, I can't help but be horrified about how bad they would be otherwise.

The red guy is Great Sword. The blue orbs are used to get another continue when you ge 10 of them.
