One needs a good solid plan to fill that gap after detox, so true! I can't stress this enough.
If you think life on drugs was hard you have to understand that life being clean& sober will be much more harder after detox at first BUT eventually things get better and you will start to see the light!
Discipline is mandatory, be busy, try out new things, meditation exercise helps a lot, meet people, get support, work out regularly, treat yourself to something good&healthy, start loving yourself.
