  • oooooooooh that is a perfect spot to meditate.

  • You`re right,it`s a very relaxing spot. Sir William Wallace is said to have hidden here way back in Scottish History.

  • looks quite magical .... you can imagine small fires and cooked fish ... glad you like the trees

  • Thanks, it is a nice place.Since I did alot of travelling around the country, I bought a good tree book so I could appreciate them a bit more.

  • Wonderful, thanks for sharing.

  • cool, hey, I watch Rab Nesbitt lol. Love that show, cousin over there turned me on to it. got a lot of episodes on here actually. Look up, kind of Queens on here, maybe they have some shows on, you will get a very Brooklyn accent out of Carrie , she is from Brklyn, went to school with a long time buddy of mine lol.

  • That's the kind of stuff I like to do when I travel. all the little things most don't know about out of the area and just do regular things locals do. It's a relaxing great way to do it. my family is in Newcastle so they are not far off from Scotland.

  • I don't blame him :-) I have to get over to that spot on my next trip over. I was to far down in England and the trip was a little short this time :-(

  • Saw this place mentioned in A history channel show on Wallace!

    Great stuff!

  • Wow! what a pretty place. I think I would spend a lot of time there if I lived as close as you do. I live close to Mammoth Cave and go there quite often, not to tour the cave, but to enjoy the trees and scenery.

  • Amazing .. You can just imagine William Wallace there...

  • Great look at a beautiful area. The cave is awesome. I'm with you...the idea of Wallace being right there in that spot gives me goosebumps all over. Stunning place.
