i bearly eat seince i started insanity but dont do it like me you gotta eat to fuel ur body but i can handle it....i feel dizzy as fuk sometimes but oh well i knew it works for me i went from 250lb to 190lb its fukin insane.>!!!

@seannopak25 but if u go 2 the gym it will be more expensive personally i got more results doing p90x than being in the weight room

ya but rememeber p90x? and how much it cost when it first came out? it's from beach body! why else would it be expensive everything down to their snack bar is god awful expensive but theire stuff do works , i used it and it work its just expensive
