  • is that the true reverse crunch? because on plenty of other "reverse crunch" videos, they're all different. and it only works out the 'lower abs', right? ...

  • @niksanbgbg And I also dont feel any burn or anything in my lower abs . When I do other crunches I feel burn and pain ? Any advice?
