Bubble Method To increase Aeration of aquaponic Pond Water. Using bubbles water from the bottom of a pond or tank can be used to lift the old water to the surface for aeration. Here seaweed extract was poured into the returning water so that I could see how quickly water was lifted by bubbles. It seems to come to the surface quickly. I cant help but think that I should place a vertical tube on the end so the bubbles can do a better job of lifting. None-the-less, this method seems to work well!
