I see you have learned who you are a lot and so have I over the past year. We pretty much have the same ideas of what things would help us in many different ways. But I would like to know how you keep reminding yourself of these things, that is my biggest issuse. I have a hard time applying these ideas to the common situation I have in my everyday life.

So how do you do it PM ? How do you do these things all the time ? How do you remeber.

@zepol1000 I guess that's a difficult question, and at times I've been guilty of forgetting my resolutions. Without watching my video recently, I've actually forgotten the specifics of what I talked about, but I know the feelings that I had when I recorded this. I really don't have an answer, but try to be honest with yourself and everyone you encounter, at least that's what I've learned to have in my mind. Making a video like this or even writing it down is a good way to commit to it.

@HiraOwnzu I'll try doing that. One of my masters in jiu-jitsu (the really brainy one) told me that writing things down results in 92 % bigger chance of doing them, or getting them done. So thats a really good start. Thanks for answering.

Hah. "BUFF" that part was funny... I like how you're being so honest in this video. I sort of pegged you as this type of person when I subscribed to you; I figured we were similar in some way.
