It was a nice sunny morning to shoot video. Train # 4 reached my location at 7:10. The lead locomotive was Road # 173, with Road # 180 trailing. The Engineer had her window open this morning, and gave me a nice wave. This unit has horn problems! I took my time getting torn down, and back on the road. As I came into the South end of Topeka, I looked in the mirror, and here came the train BEHIND ME! There was evidently some track work back there, and they either had to stop, or run 10 mph through a work zone. Whatever happened....I got to watch them go through Pauline, and over the Topeka Blvd. Bridge. THANKS FOR WATCHING!.....Doc
