    Thank you for your comment.

This often happens in the field of holistic healing or in my experience, in the yogic realm. Every school have their different approach and they all believe they have it right. I don't.

The purpose of this video is to offer a way to center yourself quickly without having to understand the more detailed techniques involved in pranayama. I wanted to make it simple and effective. Have you tried it? It works wonders for me.

    Thx again for commenting! :)

  • Felt amazing, I could feel my body tingling and absorbing the fresh oxygen. I had no Idea how much it could help really feeling clearer too.

  • Tried it once, found it very useful, thanks to you!

  • I love rebirthing! Thank you for your video. It helps me when I just need a quickie to get rid of a bad mood or get some energy! This type of meditation has helped me to be able to be in relationships with people and to feel happy. You are a blessing to many. Namaste, Lynnette

  • hey dude. i like your breathing technique, and i feel very relaxed after doing it, but the only problem is, that centered feeling only lasts a couple minutes and then im back to my anxiety state. Any other advise??

  • THank you for soliciting comments, both positive and negative. My comments are prefaced with the time in the video they correlate to:

1:55 - you teach this technique as if there is an outbreath, like carole below, where did you learn this technique and what makes you think there is an efforted outbreath? If Leonard Orr (the inventor of this technique) is the reference, then there is no such thing.

2:12 - long breath? no FULL breath

2:30 - out "breath" longer than inbreath - should be equal

  • Thanks Zen,

I enjoyed your video blog. Have you done rebirthing?

I do the 20 connected breath also pranayama breathing.

    Namaste, Carole
