@demmylowther You raised a very valid point--many people who are not familiar with this particular item would be a bit confused as its use. Achiote Oil is often used as a coloring oil to color yellow rice or fish or even some meats and stews. It is used in place of oil and it adds a delicate nutty flavor that is unique to Annatto seeds and latin foods. I have demonstrated how to use this oil in my video for llapingachos. In the future I will try to make videos that explain the use of items.

@Flex1334 you can, but I don't suggest yopu keep it more than a few days. It may go bad and you wouldn't want that!!! Thanks for the question...

hello ^^ is this the same oil u put in rice? I ate in some restaurant yesterday and I really liked that.. now im looking for it everywhere its really appetizing.. please reply~~ thank u in advance ^.^

@kushv0h This oil can be used in rice dishes and many other dishes that you wish to give a bit of color to.
