Thanks for your comments wisevoter. Btw this is not the only issue your candidate has to explain, but also that of the Savannah subdivision in Iloilo and the fake land titles in Norzagaray, Bulacan. Anyway, I hope the other commenters do take time to go to Sen. Villar's site to read his explanation on the C-5 issue. It pays to be informed.

It is for that reason that I've disapproved some comments that have resorted to name-calling and insults towards the other commenters. Hope you understand.

Yeah, ang C5 road ay magiging toll-free PERO:

1. Mas magastos

2. Ang gobyerno ang gagastos (mas lalaki ang utang ng pinas)

kumpara sa MCTEP na:

1. Aprubado na bago pa dumating ang C5

2. Ibang private companies ang gagastos (most of it)

Libre nga ang C5 pero in the long run, talo ang taxpayers. Also, since nagawa na ang C5, mahirap nang kumbinsihin ang private companies na gumawa ng MCTEP highway papuntang coastal. Libre nga ang C5 pero talo ang taxpayers at lalaki lalo ang utang ng pinas.

Mas pabor yun sa atin! Peste kasi ang gobyerno! Walang inisip kundi ang kita! Kikita kasi sila sa MCTEP through toll kaya binabatikos tong project ni Villar na hindi na nila mapagkakakitaan dahil toll free ang daan.

And o lighter note... Edi sana pala, eto na lang C-5 ang naunang naisip ng government instead of the MCTEP na may toll pa.. MCTEP is a nego bet the other country, anu yun panibagong utang ulit?

Eh kaya naman pala ng gobyerno na gumawa ng mga proyektong toll free eh..
