@likky1 There's nothing to be confused about, you got it right.
Anytime someone fights Inferno/Soul Edge or Elysium/Soul Calibur, they're technically fighting on the inside for control of their mind.

@likky1 Soul Edge ruined Siegfried's life just like Soul Calibur would've ruined Patrokolos' life if it convinced him to kill his sister (which was controlled by Soul Edge itself). He did at first then he realized it didnt save her to kill her. He vowed revenge against Elysium he went back in time this time didn't kill his sister and The Spirit Sword was pissed that he didn't kill Pyrrha so she was going to kill him. When Elysium died, Brother and sister destroyed Soul Calibur.
